I recently had a stay at the Best Western while exploring Hyderabad, and I found it to be a mixed bag in terms of value and luxury. Upon check-in, I was initially placed in a room that didn't quite match my expectations for a three-star hotel. After voicing my concerns, the reception staff were accommodating, moving me to a much more satisfactory suite. The housekeeping team, particularly Madhuri and Das, did an admirable job keeping the place clean. The location couldn't be more convenient, with the Lakdi ka Pul metro station just steps away, making it easy to explore local attractions. The restaurant on-site also stood out, thanks to Sameer, who consistently provided attentive service during my meals. While the amenities like free Wi-Fi and room service were helpful, the lobby's ambiance didn't quite reflect the luxury promised. If you're weighing your options, consider this hotel for its location and service, but don't expect an extravagant experience.
